Can I use turmeric with ginger soap to get rid of the pimples that I have on my face?

Doubt that this will work. Differin gel might help. If the condition is getting worse, best to visit a local dermatologist.
Sure it is worth a shot. But to be honest, those don't have good data behind them. You would be better off buying benzoyl peroxide wash - use once in the morning. Then apply differin gel at night. It might even be cheaper than this soap that sounds more like curry.
