How to treat congestive heart failure?

I'm having congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease. Is it okay to have 2 cardiologists? One in town and one 25 miles away. I mainly see the one far away. If I had another heart attack would that jeopardize my urgent medical treatment not having a cardiologist nearby?

I am not sure that a cardiologist is required. You should know the name and dose of [and take] your current medications and have contact information for your current non-local cardiologist. That should suffice for local cardiology care if you require hospital admission.
You need to be evaluated. Please see your cardiologist. A total cardiac regimen will be outlined for you.
