“How to treat dysmenorrhea?”
I am a 29 year old female, I have dysmenorrhea. For the past 6 days, I suffer from severe diarrhea and nausea. I have no appetite and can't keep anything down. I got Pectrolyte today for diarrhea but nothing for nausea. What could be wrong?

-Can take oral contraceptive
-Anaprox DS to start two nights prior to start of the next period
-Take Gravol at night
