You need to find out first why you have excessive flatulence in order to treat it
Avoid carbonated beverages like Coke, Sprite and Seltzer. Avoid chewing gum. If you are still not better, see GI.
Lower the carbohydrates in your diet. Try the low FODMAP diet.
