I am having trouble eating and swallowing food?

I'm a 26 year old male and having some aggressive digestive distress that I don't feel needs a hospital trip but I definitely need help on what to do. The last 2 days I unintentionally fasted, sort of. I have been very hungry but have no appetite. I may make something I enjoy while I'm hungry but I take a bite and I can hardly chew. If I try to swallow I gag. Liquids and things like applesauce are fine. This morning I had a large bout of diarrhea that was followed by vomiting yellow( bile?).

I sipped some water and about an hour later my body was painfully trying to empty my stomach but just white foam/spit/mucus came up. This has happened once before in June this year. I don't have any diagnosis or meds on mental health but I believe I have anxiety, depression, ADHD, and borderline personality disorder. So often I wonder if the anxiety is related. I'm currently not working, I don't have any stressors in my life. Also, here's info I'm not sure that may be related. I am a regular cannabis user and I'm taking a break, this is the first week off, but I don't know if marijuana even has withdrawals like that. Any info at all will be very helpful! Tips on what and how to eat carefully to get me back to normal.

You have multiple and disparate symptoms that need to be evaluated. I cannot venture a guess without getting more information on the symptoms.
Excessive cannabis use can have detrimental effects on the GI tract. So can anxiety. You need a full evaluation in order to sort out what the problem might be. Start with a PCP or GI doctor.
Any info at all will be very helpful! Your Question? Go and see a Dr. You have a Marijuana issue, depression, anxiety disorder, and Gastrointestinal issue. GIT mucosal damage. Go and see a Dr.
This could very well be cannabis withdrawal.
