I don’t know if I should go back to the ER?

I am having severe left side pain- almost like achy pain, my chest feels tense when I breathe. I have stage 3 kidney disease, my right kidney is failing. I went to the ER on Monday having severe side pain, vomiting (only clear liquid), nausea.

It would nice to know why you have stage 3 kidney disease this early at age 27. If you do not have a nephrologist, I would suggest that you get to know one to preserve your kidney function. As a certified internist and emergency physician, I most of the time offer to see my patients myself (or my ER colleagues).
Yes Please go back to the ER and have them send all bloodwork including a CT or ultrasound of the area of the pain.
Yes. You either go back to the ER or you call your primary care physician, or you call your specialist. Left sided pain is more associated with a pleurisy, a pulmonary issue or something with your pleura. Meaning that the two protective layer is between the fluid layer can be irritated agitated and causing disruption and or pain, discomfort, fill in the blank. Your best bet is to get a chest x-ray, MRI/A or CT with an angiogram. Do you want to make sure there’s no embolism, and I can tell you all the rest of the architecture. So, yes. You do go back to the ER, your primary, or your sub specialist. If there’s any questions have them contact me. But I need to know all of the information from your provider with a Hyppa release for he or she to disseminate it to me

Chronicle kidney disease is a risk factor for coronary artery disease. Your symptoms need to get evaluated.
Thanks.
See your Nephrologist and get an US. Also, consult GI.
In my opinion, I believe you should go to the ER. Especially given that you have the medical condition that you do. Best of luck, and I hope you get relief soon!
