“I don't know what this is?”

Hi, in 2019 I started having crawling sensations all over my body, felt like worms, felt lengthy like long worms crawling from my stomach to my back and where there were no lengthy ones they felt like multitudes in my legs, my arms, my head. I broke out on my face, even my arms had rashes that would itch oh so badly I'd feel these worm-like movements in my vagina and my butt.

I'm not exactly sure how I contracted this but I have two theories. Firstly, it rained and a part of the road was kind of flooded, I had to get to school so I braved it and walked through that body of water for like 5 minutes. Nothing happened at first but minutes in I noticed my legs were really itchy, I couldn't wash it off immediately though but when I did and washed it off, that was that I totally forgot about the ordeal.

The second was a meal I made I used canned mackerel in tomato sauce for my spaghetti and I noticed that after eating, say..30 minutes after, I felt this horrible pain in the left side of my ribs..when the pain finally stopped, days later, it progressed to itching on that particular area, from itching, it progressed to movement, itchy movement, circular movement, in the rain/cold o noticed the itching would increase. Days after it morphed into full-blown movement/crawling all over my body. My head, my thighs, my breasts my legs, face, throat, vagina, butt everywhere. I'm thinking maybe the water or the food, I really don't know.

I've taken so many medications/injections, it settles for a while and finds its way back. Oh, it also bites/pinches ( that's the best way to describe it)me sometimes, especially in my head and everything itch, movement, the pinch is internal. I see no movement on my skin.

Does anyone know what this is, please?
