I had a bilateral inguinal hernia?

I had a bilateral inguinal hernia six weeks ago. Now at the hernia site, I have the same size hernia about the size of a small tangerine and it is hard and not going away. What do you think the problem is I seem a little tired and weak is this all normal?

Tired and loss of endurance are normal. The mass is not. It may be an early recurrence, hematoma or seroma, abscess, etc. Needs to be re-evaluated by the surgeon.
Hello, well at six weeks you should be recovered from your surgery. The lump/mass you describe could be from a recurrence or a fluid collection. You should call your surgeon and get examined by them and get their opinion. There is nothing that I can tell without examining you. If they will not see you try an urgent care.
This could be vitamin B12, vitamin D and iron deficiency, chronic fatigue syndrome. Consult with functional medicine. You may need an MRI of the area. This seems like scar tissue.
