“I had a covid test done, all clear?”
I am not usually ill but Thursday evening I had cold shivers, aching back muscles, and a headache. I went to bed at 6 pm, and went to work at 4 am, got home at 3 pm. On Friday then went to bed at 6 pm staying there for 15 hours after taking 2 paracetamol I don't feel any better.

Hi,
Your test should be after 5 days of initial symptoms and if done too early, you can miss a covid diagnosis. If your symptoms are worse, I hope you have seen your doctor so he/she can help with making a diagnosis.

Your symptoms could easily be explained as the common flu. The yearly epidemic of the common flu is on the rise. When you write, "I had a Covid test done, all clear?" you do not specify whether your test was negative or not. If the test was negative, then you can readily assume that your symptoms came from the common flu. It will pass.
