“I had blood loss during my last surgery. Is they why I'm so fatigued?”
I suffered from a lot of blood loss, during my last surgery and I had to have a blood transfusion. Could this be the reason for why I'm so tired?

You are probabaly anemic, Vitami D and Vitamin B12 deficient. These have to be corrected.
