Sounds like HPV. Go to the urgent care center, ER, your primary care provider. Cryotherapy and a biopsy of the removal will be the diagnosis, and treat the problem. Two for one. You’re also going to need to find out where it came from, who is the individual, and be open and honest with your provider about the type of sex, protected or unprotected, male female or other. All of that will help your doctor make the diagnosis and treatment easier without more difficulty and not playing 21 questions.
Good luck, God bless, and thank you for requesting my assistance.

Be well,

I am sorry to hear that you have this inconvenient bump on your penis. "It does not heart or anything like that" is reassuring, but I still recommend that you see your physician and have this bump evaluated. Without having a description of this pimple, it is very hard to guess as to what it can be. Thus, I strongly suggest that you see your physician at your first convinience.
