I have a lump on my left quadrant?

So, I've had this lump for a year now, it was much smaller. I went to the doctor due to no bowel movement. My colon and large intestine were swollen. My problem was relieved but the lump on my left side is a little bigger, the doc said it was due to being backed up but I was literally hugged to the toilet for two or three days due to medications I received. The lump doesn't hurt and is somewhat hard. It doesn't move just stays in place. I'm beginning to think it's a different problem. I have a similar lump on my right arm as well as a smaller one on my back lower left flank. It's a cause for concern but I'd like an opinion before I go. I've already been going through problems with two cysts on the brain and a lump in my left nasal cavity with deviation in the septum. I really don't want more bad news but I need to know.

I'm not sure where this lump is, exactly, but it seems to be in the skin or abdominal wall, and not related to the intestinal tract. It could be a lipoma or cyst.
