“I have a skin tag DIY removal issue?”
I have a skin tag near my groin. I tried to tie it off with my hair. I didn't tie it tight enough and I can't remove the hair and the skin tag is swelling. Please help. Should I just cut it off?

Tie it again, but tighter. Wait until it gets black and hard before cutting it off just on the far side of the tie.

The best way is to have a dermatologist or primary care M.D. clip it off;,cauterize the base to avoid bleeding, bandage, and send in the specimen for pathology (we can't know for sure that it is OK without pathology).
