I have a weird thing on one of my inner thighs?

I’ve noticed something weird on one of my inner thighs that I have never seen before. It’s like a lump or swelling? It does not hurt and I can't feel anything weird under the skin, but I'm worried that only one of my thighs looks like this. Can it be cellulitis or fat or lipoma? Even if I don't feel any bump under the skin? I'm a normal weight if it matters.

Lumps under the skin are often caused by fatty tissue deposits (lipomas) or cysts. Best to be evaluated by a local dermatologist to determine the exact nature of your lump.
