I have burning pain exactly at my naval?

I've been having burning pain exactly at and below my naval for a year. I've been tested for H.pylori but don't have it. I am currently on 2 PPIs per day to help with the pain and I am unable to get of PPIs because the burning pain at the belly button gets worse. I am eager to know:
1. what part of the gastrointestinal tract is exactly behind the belly button?
2. And what is causing this pain?

People won’t help you. You may have an umbilical sinus or fistula. You need a proper examination by your pcp or surgeon.
Your condition may likely be something known as dyspepsia however, you should discuss this with your gastrointestinal specialist. I do not provide diagnosis or treatment on this online site.

There are many possible causes for this pain, but first order of business in my opinion is to determine if it really is acid related. Acid in the stomach by itself does not cause pain. Have you seen a gastroenterologist? An GD would typically be done in this situation but it may or not reveal the cause of the pain. A careful history and directed testing are needed.
Get a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis. Anatomically, it can be stomach, small intestine or colon. Make sure you get an EGD and colonoscopy. Consult Functional Medicine. Change diet to an organic/no or low gluten/non GMO green Mediterranean diet. Juicing: organic carrot/beet/ginger 1 glass daily. Start Good Belly probiotic add about 250 ml to 1.5 liter of liquid probiotic daily. Total hydration should be about 2 liter daily. Start organic chicken soup with organic chicken bone broth twice daily for 1 month. Only cook with organic coconut oil and Avocado oil.
