I have lower abdominal pain?

I was doing deadlifts with not a lot of weight and I felt a sharp pain on the right side of my lower abdomen, but it went away quickly so I finished the set. A week went by and I didn't feel a thing so I forgot about it. Now I started bloating and hawing gasses and my whole lower abdomen is in pain, I can do physical activities without any pain and discomfort but the pain starts whenever I sit down or lay the doctor gave me paracetamol for the pain and left me with that what should I do?

Might be a hernia.Have it checked by a hernia surgeon.
You need to see a physician to evaluate the problem. Not just treat with pain meds.

This sounds like you may have a bit of a hernia happening, or at least the beginnings of. Feel around for any bulges in the lower abdomen or maybe be seen by the orthopedist and your doctor for that. Avoid any deadlifts for now or squats.

It sounds like something that needs more investigation. I would suggest you follow up with your doctor again and let them know how you responded to the medication. Imaging, like an ultrasound or CT scan may be necessary.
It sounds like a torn abdominal muscle, but most probably a hernia. I suggest seeing a gastroenterologist as soon as possible. If it steadily becomes worse and more frequent before your appointment, go to the ER.

Consult GI, this could be a hernia. You may need Surgery to repair defect.
