OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

I have pain in my leg?

I'm a 28 year old non smoker, thin woman, sitting all day at work, often traveling for long distances (4-5 hours). I don't take any pills, not even a contraception one. I'm awaiting my period in a couple of days. About 2 days ago I had little spasms in the right calf. It pained a bit but it lasted a few hours and then it disappeared. I felt it in the same way while walking or sitting. Yesterday I felt a dull pain in the inner side of the right thigh during sitting. No pain while walking. Today since waking up I feel light pain in the right calf, usually combined with the pain of the right ankle and right knee. Ankle and knee pains while sitting, the calf is getting worse while walking and sitting down right after doing something. Pain is not getting worse while standing still. The pain feels like overusing the calf during doing fitness or something. The right leg is not swollen, it has normal color and temperature. When I slightly touch the calf, I don't feel any pain. If I press it, on the left side of the calf I feel like having hard spasmed muscle. I used to have similar pains of the right calf before, usually before the period, but this is a whole new level for me. Could it be lack of Mg, premenstrual syndrome, or thrombosis?

Possibly all three. Might be wise to get a Doppler ultrasound test to rule out a blood clot.
Try 500 to 1000 mg magnesium at bedtime
