“I have prickly and tender pain?”

The other month my whole body suddenly became painful to touch starting at my neck and shoulders and eventually was near enough all over. It was like a tender feeling to touch but also a prickly feeling when touching. Very painful to lean back against anything or touch my skin on things. It’s happened again a couple of times since but only been on parts of the body not all over. Today it’s just on my belly right side of the belly button. Is this likely to be fibromyalgia or could it be something else?

Female | 30 years old
Complaint duration: Started about month and half ago
Medications: Asthma jumps and anti depressants and we’ll as co codamol
Conditions: Pcos, asthma, depression, anxiety, sciatica, wearing disks.
