I have three small boils right above my eyelids. What could these boils be? Should I treat them at home or should I just wait for it to subside on its own?

A complete ophthalmologic evaluation is needed to diagnose these lesions correctly and treat if necessary.
They may be styes, so see an ophthalmologist.
A photograph will be helpful to give you a better answer. Most likely, it is what is called a Chalazion, commonly known as a stye. It is very similar to a zit of the eyelid. Using hot compresses can help to settle down, and if it does not resolve within 2-3 weeks, most likely it will need to be drained.

These are styes or books arising from Meibomian glands along the eyelids. Frequent cleaning with a mild soap may help. However, if they get larger or hurt, then you should see an ophthalmologist for treatment.
If this is something like lipid abscess, it should get drained by warm compress. If it's some viral vesicle, the treatment is different. Wait a few days and if it persists, then show it to an eye doctor.
