I have weird growling noises?

At first, it started with my stomach making growling noises. It happened no matter what I ate, how I felt, or the time of day. I finally figured out how to somewhat get that problem under control by switching around some foods. But, now the growling is happening in my butt, and before you think I’m joking I’m serious. It feels like the air is moving around in that area. And I bet you can imagine why this would be embarrassing. This problem has moved me to tears and I can’t focus on my work when I’m at school and I’m always thinking about it. I just want to just breathe and focus please help me.

It seems that you have some degree of anxiety. Excessive gas in the intestinal tract often comes from too many carbohydrates in the diet. Try a low carb diet like the low FODMAP diet. See a pediatrician to get the full picture of what is affecting you.
