“I hear a faint vibrating noise in my ears only at night. What is this?”
I am a 32 year old woman and recently I can feel a faint vibrating sound in my ears. It happens only at night until I fall sleep. What could be wrong?

This could be Tinnitus due to possible hearing loss or something as simple as wax in the ears? Is it only one ear?
