I lose my voice?

I lose my voice when I talk sometimes, no pain or anything but sometimes I feel like it’s something in my throat. But my voice just changes when I speak sometimes.

The voice is a muscle just like anything else. It will get tiring and fatiguing. An Ent can evaluate the voice with a flexible laryngoscopy in the clinic, to ensure there is nothing unusual present.
See an ENT doctor for evaluation, but this could represent a symptom of reflux. Try keeping a diet journal and noting what you're eating/drinking and see if anything may be worsening this for you while you await your appointment.

How old are you? Not much information to work with. Possibilities include age-related vocal cord atrophy, paradoxical dysphonia, vocal fold asymmetry, prior vocal fold paralysis, laryngeal lesion, etc. See an ENT for laryngoscopy.
Hello, There are many causes of this. Recommend visiting an ENT Specialist for a fiberoptic evaluation, speech evaluation, and a video stroboscopy. Thank you.
