Gastroenterologist Questions Gastroenteorlogist

I'm always feeling full?

Lately, whenever I eat, I feel like I’m full but I’ve only eaten a little. And sometimes (embarrassing) if I burp when I feel like that it helps me not feel full?

This is fairly normal, but your stomach may be a bit sensitive to the stretching that occurs when you swallow food, liquid, or air. Burping releases air so that the stomach relaxes a bit and that makes you feel better. Eat smaller, lighter meals. See a GI doctor if things don't get better.
Fullness could be from upper gastrointestinal issues like Gastritis peptic ulcers, gastroparesis. Sometimes gallbladder disease and constipation may also cause fullness. You should contact your local gastroenterologist - they will be able to handle this easily.
I actually have more questions than I would have answers at this point. The first question I would want to know is are you on a weight loss program and if so for how long? What type of weight loss program are you on if you’re on one? Are you in an exercise regimen? What is your height and weight and be able to calculate what is and is not the right and or standard ““ for your age gender and height. Then the last thing I would bring up is are you arrow feed Jack? Which means you’re eating air while you’re eating And a belch or a burp well and relieve the air that you’re eating while you’re eating food. If you want to ask further questions or answer the questions that I asked that would be of help. Also, you always have your primary care physician to ask in reference to the symptoms. Be well and thank you
