I'm bleeding old blood with blood clots and it's not that time of the month yet. Also, I'm having pain in my vaginal area.

normally irregular bleeding has to be investigated. A pap smear, a pelvic examination, as well as hormonal blood testing to ensure no issues with ovarian function and R/O abnormality.
