I'm experiencing throat lumps?

I'm just wondering what I have, I think it's strep but not sure.

Female | 24 years old
Complaint duration: 2 days
Medications: None
Conditions: Sous throat, painful swallowing

Go to your GP and get a throat swab. The answer comes very quickly it is Strepococcus or not.
It could be strep. It could also be a nasty virus. Best to see your doctor or be seen as an urgent care.

Hard to say on a picture but this looks more viral like EBV or CMV
Looks like either normal Fordyce granules (0il glands) or diffuse herpetic lesions. Cannot be certain without seeing in person. If the former, you probably have a viral pharyngitis. If the latter, valacyclovir will help
Usually, the patient is correct. Go to a doctor for exam and treatment.
You need to have your throat swab for strep it is painless and you will get results in a matter of minutes
