“I'm having intense stomach pain?”
I was sick 2 nights ago and it was brown-black color with some strange kidney texture lumps in it after having a few drinks. I don't drink regularly as over the last two years it seems to give me a belly ache. And I had not drunk a lot. After being sick I had agonizing pain on top of my stomach for 24 hours it was bringing me to tears. That pain has subsided now, but today I have been to the toilet and feces were black and grainy. And I have constant stitch-like pain in my side and nausea feeling. I have had cameras in my stomach and bowels 3 years ago with no major issues found. I don't take any medication regularly even though I have neuropathy and arthritis I feel the medication upsets my stomach too.

You may have a bleeding ulcer and I hope that you have seen a specialist at the hospital by now.
This may have been an acute gastritis. See a GI doctor if the pain does not resolve. Maybe best to hold off on alcohol.
