I'm in a lot of pain?

I have a history of knee replacements, had two revisions. I have a poor walk, and a discectomy to address sciatic pain. Now I can't cope with pain sitting and have a numb leg and Achilles pain.

Find a chiropractor and / or massage therapist who does soft tissues and works your gluts. Also regular adjustments should help as well.

Get to a good Chiropractor and have a thorough exam detailing the biomechanics of your hips, pelvis and lumbosacral spine. Stretching, mobilization and manipulation of the spine and pelvis may be very helpful. I hope it helps. Take care and be well.
