I'm very constipated?

I'm currently feeling pain, discomfort, and pressure. I am unable to make a bowel movement. I feel like I have to go but it just won't pass. I'm taking medication for my mood don't remember the name of the medication. I'm overall healthy don't have much medical history.

First you want to rule out that you don’t have an obstruction. If you are passing gas then likely you have no obstruction. Many medications can cause constipation. For immediate relief I would recommend 2 senna tabs along with miralax and hydrate with water. Try to drink at least 2 liters per day
You should treat constipation with diet change, more fiber in foods plus e.g. citrucel three times daily. If no better then add on top of this Miralax and dulcolax, each daily or twice daily. You can titrate up or down on these to reach the desired number of bowel movements per week.
