Psychologist Questions Psychologist

I need a psychology or therapist help for help with disabiltilty and borderline mind?

I have a disability learning and borderline mild basically I have a hard time making the right choices at times when it comes to how I should make normal or logical with evidence decisions somethings I get confused even with easy clear details. It's a mixture of intellectual and misunderstanding of what to do at times even with evidence. I feel confused sometimes about how to choose decisions. A doctor told me I might also have a split personality perhaps that's affecting my decisions as well. I never even dated before because I am confused about what choices to make and I figure I have bad decision-making skills quite often. I am also a virgin and I often think about going to a psychologist or therapist but my decision-making skills and memory affect my choices as well. I am in my 30's and quite confused at times. What should I do?

You should seek out and utilize the guidance of a licensed psychologist. This person should then do a very thorough mental health evaluation of you and your medical and social/developmental histories. You may ask for their help in you applying for disability benefits which means you would have to go through more evaluation. It can be a long process.
