Trichomonas is sexually transmitted disease. You might have heavy green or yellow discharge. You should see a doctor.
Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted infection. It can be associated with vaginal discharge, vaginal irritation, vaginal odor, but in order to determine whether or not you have it, you need a vagina culture. Please see your provider to have your vaginal culture performed.
Symptoms of vaginal itching, discharge may be due to Trichomonas infection

You would need a visit to a OBGYN office in order to be able to tell whether or not you have that type of infection.
