“Ice burn? ”
I used ice directly on my face because I read in the article that it eliminates the redness and reduces pimple size. Today I woke up with white patches on my cheeks (where my pimples are). I have a huge discoloration now, will it heal or stay like this? If it can heal what can I do to speed up the process?

If it blisters don’t open it up. If it peels put on vaseline. Use good sun protection. Depending on depth of injury and your skin tone it should only take a few weeks to return to normal color. Unless you kept the ice there for over 10 mins or so or used dry ice.
