“Immense Gas Problem?”
I have loads of gas in my stomach and I can sit and burp for an hour (without swallowing any air). And if I don’t pressure builds up and causes chest pain/ pressure. What do you think this could be?

Go see GI doctor.
This is a tricky problem, but in my experience, excessive belching is usually caused by a condition called supragastric belching syndrome. Air is swallowed without your perception The air only goes into the esophagus and is immediately burped out. When I see a patient with this complaint, then I observe him/her and can see the air being swallowed during the belching episodes. A good GI doc can help you diagnose this and send you to the right person to help.
