“Infertile concern?”
I have never successfully fallen pregnant, even after years of past unprotected sex. I have been iron deficient for a while though, could this affect that at all? I don’t take medication but the doc said I should start treating with ferro tabs.

Should not affect infertility unless profoundly severe.
Taking iron as a woman should be fine if there aren’t any medical contraindications.

Yes, You should take the Iron tab if no allergy & your physician prescribed it. I hope you had a workup done for anemia.
