“Intense hangovers ”
My hangovers are very intense even when I don't drink a ton. I just started drinking within the last year and I normally can only handle one drink and two shots or so. In the morning I'm shaking, have a huge headache, stumbling over and sometimes my kidney hurts. I know an alcoholic and she said my symptoms are like hers when she's coming off a bender. What's wrong with me?

You most likely have a light alcohol allergy. It is not common, but it exists. The only good advice is to avoid alcoholic drinks altogether, which is not such a bad idea in general.
