Is 1500 calories enough?

30 year old female I am 5’2 currently 296. I want to do a calorie deficit but I want to make sure that I consume the right amount. I work in a office five days a week long hour’s. There’s a family history of diabetes and high blood pressure please help. I’m tired of yo-yo dieting I want something I can maintain

I would need you to do some of blood work, to address your concern, in your condition, i can see that you may have some inflammation and Gut, Issue, After i analyze your blood work i will determine which Specific Diet is best for you to lose weight and help you with your condition.
