Is 1500 calories enough?

30 year old female I am 5’2 currently 296. I want to do a calorie deficit but I want to make sure that I consume the right amount. I work in a office five days a week long hour’s. There’s a family history of diabetes and high blood pressure please help. I’m tired of yo-yo dieting I want something I can maintain
