A normal heart rate is between 60-100 BPMs, however 90 is on the higher end of normal and may indicate that you may be mildly dehydrated. Be sure you are drinking an adequate amount of water per day (unless you are on a fluid restriction by your Dr.) and limit dehydrating drinks like coffee, tea, and soda. To ensure you are getting enough water, multiply your weight by 0.5 to determine the amount of water in ounces that you need to drink per day. Stay well!
