I will have a C-section delivery. Is C-section delivery risky?

Hello, Thanks for your question. Certainly, just as with any surgery such as C-section, there are risks. The performing surgeon would discuss with you the risks thereof.
Any surgery could have complications. If you need it, you need it. C-section is the most common surgery done, you should be fine generally speaking.
