I have anxiety and want to treat it. Is Prozac good for anxiety?

In general I would say no. Prozac is an antidepressant and has more stimulant properties than anti anxiety properties. Some clinicians use it for anxiety but I would recommend finding a good therapist.
Prozac is indicated for anxiety, but you need a prescription for it. You need to see a doctor and get a prescription, not treat on your own. This is for patient safety reasons. Once you have a prescription it is a great idea to form a relationship with your dispensing pharmacist and have your pharmacist involved in your treatment.
