Hi
Alcohol mouthwash is not so bad for teeth but rather the oral environment. It provides temporary fresh breath but actually will dry out the mouth. So non alcohol mouthwashes are recorded.

In general, alcohol is very drying and has been reported to be carcinogenic in large quantities or used daily. There are non alcoholic mouthwashes available.
There are many different alcohols, need more specific. Whiskey may be used for mouth wash, but may be better for drinking. As far as I know, nothing is named as "mouthwash alcohol".
