Is behavioral therapy good for anxiety?

I have anxiety and want to treat it. Is behavioral therapy good for anxiety?

Yes, therapy as well as medication can help. If you want to focus on therapy than trying deep breathing, praying about your worries and turn “off” or don’t focus on fear or what causes you to worry. All these can be taught by a good therapist!! Find one and start decreasing your anxiety, get good sleep, eat healthier, less time on social media and the news will help, last of all exercise and get connected with a local church!!
