Just cold water? NO. However, if you are experiencing pain at your age, there is probably something else going on. I recommend seeing your dentist to find out why.
Hi,
I would say moderation is key! Eating ice creams and drinking hot coffee are on polar opposites, individuals should be able to enjoy both (not at the same time nor in quick succession). Our teeth have a hard outer layer, enamel, which is very strong, but rather than temperature, I would not recommend crushing ice cubes with your teeth!
