Nephrologist (Kidney Specialist) Questions Nephrologist

Is dill pain in my right side where my ribs are and small bubbles in my pee a huge problem?

My last doctor appointment (last month) my doctor was concerned with how much I was peeing so she tested be for, hypertension, diabetes, UTI, and she said that everything came out normal. I decided to fast to loose weight. I am taking 500,000 iu of vitamin D that my doctor gave me. When I was fasting I was taking a fasting mix called Fasting Days it also had vitamins in it but not vitamin D. At the same time during my fast I decided to ONE A DAY women's active metabolism boost, which has 800 iu and other vitamins in it. I started getting some dull aches in my right rib cage and small bubbles started showing up in my pee so I stopped taking all of it. It's been three days since I stopped and I am still experiencing that dull pain and small bubbles in my pee. What could be wrong with me and should I see my doctor?
