Is ice good after chiropractic adjustment?

I will have a chiropractic adjustment tomorrow. I want to know if ice is good after chiropractic adjustment?

Yes! Using ice after your first adjustment is always recommend. I would apply the ice to any sore spot, 20 minutes on and 30 minutes off. Not everyone, but some people will experience soreness as you break up scare tissue and mobilize spinal segments that have been fixated in the wrong position for awhile.
