Depends. If you have a bacterial infection, yes.
It is OK.
Is there a reason as to why you feel like you need to? If you think it is keeping your teeth cleaner, whiter or healthier it is not. We ask our patients to rinse with warm salt water for any tissue injuries, cuts, extractions or any other gum needs. But to answer your question, it will NOT hurt you to rinse everyday, should you feel the need.
It does not hurt the oral cavity, but it's not good if you swallow excess salt.
yes
It is ok to rinse with salt water. You would still get exam and cleaning regularly as well as brush & floss well.
Yes, it will be alright. It is better than using an antiseptic mouthwash or hydrogen peroxide as they are more caustic to the oral tissues.
I am glad you want to care for your mouth. Yes, it is okay to rinse with salt water every day. Empty it from your mouth when finished. We do not want you to have excess salt in your diet. The best information on caring for your mouth is found in the book: GROWING A HEALTHY CHILD, SECRETS FROM A WISE OLD DOC.
Thank you for your question.
Yes, it is ok.
