“Is it a skin tag or cancer?”
I am a 75 year old woman on no medications. I have had constipation and have some kind of skin growth hanging out of anus. My ND could not determine what it is. Only symptom is feeling of fullness in rectum even after moving bowels.

Really need to know when your last colonoscopy was. What you describe could be a hemorrhoid or polyp. If you have not had a recent colonoscopy then you should get one.
