“Is it normal to have anxiety after general anesthesia?”
I am a 26 year old female. I had surgery under general anesthesia. After the surgery, I am getting anxious very often.

This is not a common reaction. It could be due to other things as well, including the surgery or any combination of the events related to a surgery. Usually things like this pass with some time, but be sure to see your physician if your symptoms get worse or don’t resolve.
