After gallbladder removal I have constipation. Is it normal? Should I see a doctor?

No, this is not typical. Your colon might slow down, at least temporarily, as a result of post-op ileus or use of narcotics for pain. You should see a doctor if the constipation is lasting several days and/or it is causing you discomfort.
