“Is it normal to have heart palpitations after covid?”
I am a 36 year old female. I have heart palpitations after having covid. What should I do?

Palpitations is a common complaint at your age group, most likely unrelated to Covid unless you had respiratory or cardiac involvement, would get rid of caffeine and alcohol as much as possible and if they persist, would talk with PCP as to evaluate further.

I would urge you to get yourself evaluated by a Cardiologist to get full workup for palpitations. Palpitations should be further evaluated.
One may have palpitations after Covid; however, you need further evaluation to ascertain the etiology of your palpitations.
