Is it normal to have pain after veneers?

I am a 31 year old female. I want to know if it is normal to have pain after veneers?

It depends. Are these ceramic veneers? Were the teeth over prepared ? It can be normal to have temporary cold sensitivity after having veneers placed. They maybe sensitive for a few days. You may even have sensitivity for 4 to 12 weeks as the teeth try to heal themselves by reparative dentin formation.
You may have some discomfort the day off the procedure, but no more than ibuprofen or Tylenol could control.
Usually, patients have minimal discomfort following porcelain veneer procedures. If you experience actual pain, then I would advise you to call the treating dentist immediately.  

Some people do experience some sensitivity after veneers are placed. This should be temporary and get better each day.
