Rinsing with warm salt water with dentures is great.
Yes, but you need to take dentures out to clean them as well daily/nightly.
Yes, salt water will not damage the dentures, and is beneficial to reduce swelling in the mouth. Although be aware if you have high blood pressure that it may affect your pressure. Consult with your physician about this.
Hope this is helpful.
Yes, however, that depends on what you’re using salt water for. Typically, salt water rinsing is advantageous to reduce bacteria in the mouth, which can improve oral health of teeth and gum. Further concerns regarding denture care should be addressed during a dental visit.
Yes, it is ok to rinse with warm salt water rinses. You should take the dentures out prior to rinsing . Clean the dentures before placing them back in your mouth.
Yes, totally fine:) Happy rinsing!
The point of rinsing with salt water is to reduce the inflammation in the gums. Having dentures in the mouth defeats that purpose.

You should remove your dentures for cleaning purposes, brush them, soak them. Warm salt water rinses are soothing and beneficial. 1/2 tsp salt in 12 oz of warm water.
